Better late than never. Working 3rd shift has gotten me lost on what day of the week it is. All I have done for the last week is work, sleep, and online shop with my local stores to get food and other household goods. I have plenty of toilet paper (I’m not hoarding it) and staples to make bread and other basics of food. Due to the stimulus being passed and futures looking somewhat better, I’ve started to gain back some traction on my investments. The suprising thing is that I’ve been trying out Prosper, which is an investment platform for investing in people’s debt, and only 1 of the 11 loans I have money in is late on payments, but this person is already late by almost a month so probably not corona-influenced.
My job is my workout currently, and I’ve been stricter on how much food I intake, and that seems to be the biggest factor in my weight loss. My job pretty much replaces the stuff I do at the gym calories-burned-wise. I’m hoping that I can keep myself on this trend and finally get rid of the gut. I’m not going for six pack abs, I just want to not feel like I’m showing the world that I’m fat. And yes I know, 200 pounds isnt fat, but I feel fat. I’m going to keep working on myself to make something positive come out of this whole thing. The hard part is that I may switch to a trucking job, so I won’t be as active. I may need to start looking at setting up a home workout routine with no equipment. Any pointers are greatly appreciated. Super new to working out. If you asked me how my core is, I’d just laugh, so super super basics to get me started.
Stay safe and healthy out there.
